One of my students is on ADHD medication and my god, it's like someone removed the batteries on his personality or something on the days when he takes it. There's got to be something better.

Best thing to do is wash your face every morning.

Mhm, is it one of those tjat are really big under your skin but only touch tje surface in a really tiny area? Those suck the most.

YES. I get those rarely on my back, but SOMETIMES they show up on my chin too :<

My jaw hurts today.
My wisdom teeth have been growing in for the past... year or two. But they're sideways, when they grow it's up against my other teeth:

Where the "<"s are my wisdom teeth. So today I can feel them growing and deforming my jaws again.
Heck, the two on the left side of my mouth haven't even broke through the gums yet, they're just pushing. The two on my right are still partially covered, too.

This might tie into having been banned from seeing various dentists.

I, on the other hand, have done it more than once. I think one of them may have been without a mirror. I'm crazy, though, and it was a very sharp knife, so there was no real motion involved.

Well, the couple of times I used a knife were to lance them, not to actually slash into the skin.

Tweezers, my friend. Use astringent to remove oils from the face, wash with hot water, dry, then run tweezers under very warm water and try to force the core out without pinching the zit. If you succeed, that zit is dead.

Saw this with my brother.  The one with Aspergers.  Supposedly also ADD, but I don't believe he ever was.  It never seemed to me like my parents tried very much to understand how they could work with who he is and help him learn to manage himself.  They were all about finding the right medication to make him easier to manage.  They tried many different medications in different combinations over several years. 

Towards the end of high school, they found one set of meds that turned him completely into a robot.  His school performance suddenly shot up to the best in his life, but he also had zero appetite or motivation to do anything except what he was told.  He would do his homework, eat when told to, and sleep.  And that was it.  He was like that for a few months before he finally refused to take any more medications, claiming he didn't even feel like a human being when he was on that last cocktail.

And of course after being jerked around on all kinds of substances from ages 10-17, thereby robbed of any opportunity to develop an understanding of himself during the most crucial years for such development, and treated by almost everyone like he needed to be fundamentally altered in order to integrate with society, he proceeded to completely flunk the rest of his senior year worse than he'd ever flunked before.  Followed by dropping out of college after a couple years.  He continues to live with our parents as a textbook case NEET, and in his mid-twenties shows no signs of ever changing.

Pisses me off whenever I think about it.

I've heard tons of horror stories about ADHD meds, except when I talked with someone who actually took them himself. He thought they're pretty amazing.

Yep. Weird lump thing in the middle of them. If you don't pull them out there's a chance the zit will just reform quickly after.

One of my "friends" kissed me on the cheek yesterday. I'm not actually okay with them doing that, and I think they might just be trying to take advantage of my girlfriend being gone...
We had gone on a few dates together last year, but nothing serious. I don't actually like them at all, and I think I might lose them as a friend because of it.
