Damn. My graphics card or something is dying I think, since everything on my screen is sorta followed by this strange blur. I probably don't have enough money to fix whatever this is ether.

I'm on vacation but yet I'm fairly frustrated. Turns out that when I have nothing better to do I literally can't think of anything else than my crush :c

Ah well, we're going further south Saturday and then I'll be able to lie at the pool and read all day I guess. (Not that it's not fun currently, but visiting castles just doesn't seem to keep my mind off her, especially when there's other pretty girls around (and I know that makes no sense))

Does the image sort of remain on the screen when you change it? That's screen ghosting, a monitor problem.

So go talk to the other pretty girls, tell them they remind you of a girl you can't get your mind off of, and ask if they would like to replace her as the thing constantly on your mind.

It will mostly fail, but you only need to succeed once!

The thing is that I'm walking around with my parents and that my French isn't very good (I can usually understand it, but speaking is harder.)

I am 500 km from home, after all.

I can speak French a little, but probably not enough to keep a decent conversation going (not like I can keep one going in Dutch either :v)

EXCELLENT! You will likely make the girls laugh with your mistranslations and lingual fails and women equate laughter to orgasms. Probably. I made that up. But it mostly seems true really.

It certainly does once you stop paying attention to the glaring flaws! Same can be said for everything else really.

I used to think I could french, back when I was younger. However, I took a real French class, and then learned 2 things.

1) The way our teachers had taught us was completely inefficient and stupid, learning the meanings of whole phrases instead of individual words, so we didn't actually understand what we were saying.

2) My French accent and spelling are terrible.

So then I learned Spanish. It's a much more comfortable language to me. Espaņol es un idioma fantastico! (Spanish is a great language!)
