The reason smallpox vaccine is never used is that smallpox is all but eradicated and the extremely rare side effects of the vaccine would actually cause more harm than good unless live smallpox was spread in a massive bio weapon attack.

The reason smallpox vaccine is stockpiled anyway is that both known holders of live smallpox are known to experiment with bio weapons.

Bluh, Im sad that everyone except pitbull owners think pitbull's are extremely dangerous. My pitbull (Now dead) was awesome, and literally wouldn't hurt a fly. We had to keep him inside a lot so the neighbors wouldn't freak out if he ran around to go meet another dog.
