The more they see it upsets you, the more they'll do it. Try to ignore them.
Short of having a meat-cleaver stuck into your desk within arm's reach, blade biting into the wood and glancing at it, then at the slimeball, then at the cleaver, then at the slimeball for 30ish seconds without uttering a word, you won't get them to actually stop.
