This should probably go into the rage thread but i can't be bothered looking for it.It seems my mp3 is broken, it worked fine yesterday, now i plug it in put some songs on it, take it out, it won't turn on, i plug it back in and it lists it as a removable disk that requires a disk to be inserted, god damned piece of shit lasted for a week

My dad is being a total douchebag again.

It started with a discussion of our current educational system again. I expressed the opinion, that especially our universities don't recieve enough funding and simply cannot compete on a international scale, if compared to the elite universities in Great Britain or the USA.
His answer was, that it didn't matter since I'm to dumb and lazy anyway and that I'm more suited for the less ambitious education.

It never crossed his mind, or at least he didn't accept the possibility, that a student can fail a class due to presonal problems.

I'm enraged and really wan't to study hard, so that I can rub his face in my achievement and the fact, that I've done it all by myself, without any support.
Have relationships and be happy about the fact, that he's angry about me not following his "Women don't have to be smart, just pretty and obedient"-motto.
And lastly get rid of that stupid family name, which he takes so much pride in.

Kaguro is sick, this makes him sad, and speak in the third person more than usual.

Ouch. There's only what, ten phoenix downs in that entire game?

Ten Phoenix Downs? What kind of Final Fantasy is that?

An early one. In III, phoenix downs are like elixirs in later games. You can't buy them, and they're really rare. For most of the game, if someone dies, you have to get them raised in town.

Thing is she had the most armor (the only available  town didn't have Dark Knight equip) and almost the most health too. How could her health go so low?

Get better!

Oh, I haven't played III yet, mainly because they never translated it to English. Makes me want to download a NES emulator and try it out.

Yeah, there's an official DS release, which is far easier than the NES one.

3D is eww, at least for RPGs it is. I own a copy of Final Fantasy IV for the DS, and I'm not sure I enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the SNES version. It just isn't the same.
