They had the bug where you randomly disconnected form a game 1 year or so ago.
Now that I come back, it's still there.

Just wasted half an hour to find a working TF2 game, without success.

Crazy idea, but since it seems to only effect you, and no-one has complained, (which would have got them to fix it) chances are it's nothing to do with their coding, and everything to do with your machine.

Crazy idea, but intelligent people normally check, if other people are having the same problem too and if there is a solution to fix it, before they rage.

Edit: However I found a thread now which could be helpful. The fix seems to work for the greater part of the people having problems. Trying out tomorrow.

Before leaving for work, I setup a thorough virus scan on my computer... Only for it to be interrupted by a freaking Windows update and restarted it immediately when it finished. Not too happy about that. 8-9 hours of progress would've been made, but it got interrupted 2 hours ago. Fortunately, I have divided the scanning areas, and a couple of them finished, but still, ARGH!!!! Thanks for updating without consent like that.
