I hate living with hikikomori. They make me sad.
Not sad enough, apparently, since I'm still doing it. This makes me sad even more.(but not sad enough all the same)

No, it's not necessarily a "weeaboo."  It's just a depressed individual who refuses to leave his or her room for any circumstances.
