I've become fond of a dark brown background with orange text, personally. Sorta' halloween themed. Used to default to dark blue and light grey. The less white there is on my screen the happier my eyes are.

I used to use dark green back with aqua text but like grey and white more now.

The limit of my interest in social media shit was trying to set up hosts for my own volano chat server back in the day, I briefly had a facebook because I thought it would help the missus but it just stressed her out so we both ditched that shit, now this is as social as I get.

Mine is getting all independent and won't let me rock him to sleep anymore. He still will snuggle up on the couch with me or his mother and sleep tho.

I'm basically the worst dad to ask questions about my kid, I keep catching myself cornering the grocery store clerk with pictures for like 15m. They are always very polite about it.

My daughter wouldn't look at me until she was a year old. At 4 she cares more about doing fun things than showing affection, but suddenly when it's time for bed she wants infinite cuddles, and I'm more than happy to oblige.

Man, I spent my childhood helping raise a gaggle of little sisters, and later being an uncle... I'm enjoying having no kids to watch over, no diapers to change, no poop to clean out from under fingernails, they're terrible things really unless you can give them back to their parents at some point.

My day has often involved poops, sometimes quite unexpectedly at that, but not under my fingernails.
