im pretty sure a run of the mill computer rpg like TES meets these criteria for roleplaying, though on the fringes of it
i still consider it an rpg because you have the means to easily and flexibly rp in it

if youre unable to play a game that doesnt allow you to calculate your anal circumference like FATAL does, you probably have low high standards

Some are based on roleplaying systems, others have roleplaying elements. To what degree varies and there is no single definition so I think it's best to judge game-by-game. Personal opinion comes into it as well, of course.

I would suggest early roleplaying games were called such because they were heavily influenced by existing RP systems, not so much the role playing imagination parts.

I like to imagine computer RPGs are Roll Playing Games, which is kinda redundant but eh.  Tabletop RPGs can be roll, role, or both.
