Current job is a sinking ship.  Getting the fuck out.  As before, I'm letting co-workers lead the way.  Have contacts with two recent ex-co-workers at two other freight forwarders who are hiring, and got instant requests for interviews when I sent them my resume.  Two interviews on Thursday!  Thus far my success rate for job offers following an interview is 100%.  I have lots of people who will vouch for me.  I have some great quotes from the performance review I received on Friday, including "The whole team despairs when you're not here."  Going to be aiming for much higher pay, too, because I learned that one of my co-workers who has a slight knowledge/experience edge on me makes like 40% more than me.  So I know I can do better.  Optimistic!

Only downside is it's not a job in another state, but I really don't have the money on-hand for a long distance move, anymore
