Getting a good meal in me has helped tremendously. Legs're still weak but I'm not all shaky anymore or anxious. Also I discovered while cooking that potassium citrate seems to keep milk from breaking emulsion as it's cooked, instead just letting it thicken. I only added parmesan because I fucking love the taste of cheese - the texture was already perfect. This merits further research.

Apparently Katyusha (the Russian song) has been translated into a lot of languages...And they all sound so cool.
(so far I've listened to the, well, Russian, Polish, Greek, English, Danish and Hebrew ones, and the Greek one is arguably my favorite. Probably because it sounds a bit Latin-ish to me and I'm a sucker for Latin stuff even if I'm not really good at speaking the language...at all, honestly. I can sing Plurimos annosie. Happy birthday, that's about it.)

It's not that different, really. Unless you make a big deal about finally being of legal age to drink poison-water, it feels the same as before the birthday.

Well, after biking three point three miles to the theater, seeing the movie, then biking back, I apparently passed out for two hours. But it was quite a good movie.

If there is one thing I'm very consistent about, it's that I disgust alcohol, smoking and drugs.
But I do feel that I have changed a lot this year, found out my true life goal and made by far the best friendships of my life yet, setting up a solid foundation of my future to look forward to.

Polish legal drinking age is 18 but I don't care either way, it could be fucking 80 in my eyes.
Or we could just outright outlaw alcohol but I guess that's going too far...
