Even if his death occurs, he may just end up 'dying'. Who's at the Wall with him and is basically the High Priest of a religion that has shown to have its priests bring back the dead? The Red Witch, that's who. Even if Jon dies I'm almost certain he's going to get revived somehow, even if it's though that Warg thing.

I feel like you're supposed to hate Tyrion in the beginning because he's allied with the antagonists, but I've always liked him. Maybe because one of his first scenes is him slapping Jauffre in the face for being an impudent little shit. (no pun intended)

He's the only Lannister who's a realist. He doesn't want power, he just wants to be happy.
