Cat update: The eldery cat, who is normally meh about the whole food thing, goes apeshit about ham. The other cats are interested, yes, but they dont run over from the other side of the house and act like they havent been fed in a year when confronted by ham. She even went into the fridge at one point and tried getting bits for herself off it. After about 5min of this, she even got the normal (albeit allergic to fleas) cat acting like that.

I dunno. It would have to be death by carp or other reasonably innocuous animal in order to make a solid case for DF reference.

Honey badgers, meanwhile, are mean fuckers.

The skin is also tough enough to resist several machete blows. The only sure way of killing them quickly is through a blow to the skull with a club or a shot to the head with a gun, as their skin is almost impervious to arrows and spears.

Wasn't there a video floating around of a honey badger fighting a puff adder? IIRC the adder bit the badger half a dozen times, but the badger was just like "no, fuck you" and ripped the adder to pieces.
