Let the Right One In is such a good film. The Swedish version, that is.

Huh, I didn't know it was based off a Swedish film. I haven't seen it, mind, but if that's true I might pick up the original sometime, since I quite like watching subtitled foreign films where I don't feel like I'm 'ruining it' by putting subtitles on for my derpy ears.

true about subtitles! The original is definitely the best. I haven't even seen the Amerian version but I just hate that tendency of cultural translations. Just watch the damn film in subtitles. Anyway, I did some reading on both, and the Swedish version is a bit more subtle (It doesn't dwell on gore) and a lot more freakier (It goes into some dark and horrible places the American film didn't, you'll see what I mean).

My parents have been cleaning out the attic and assorted junk-storage rooms.
The findings include:
2 floppy disks
unused earbuds
A small RC plane that is connected to the controller with a wire and can't fly, only drive (a toy)

About the last one:
My parents brought it to the garbage container place thingie (along with lots of other junk), and when they drove out again they saw the dude you pay to dump your garbage playing with it with a smile on his face. His day was obviously made.
