I like the world right now. We have companies that are forming almost complete monopolies in their areas (like Google and Valve), but no one complains because they're cool guys.

There are a lot of reasons to stop liking Google and their monopoly, starting with data storage and cooperation with authoritarian governments and big corps. to aid in mass surveillance and customer profiling.

Terrible customer service is the main issue. They don't have any dedicated customer service, so everyone at Valve I'd imagine would rather do other things.

Man it's kinda annoying how much of a lose lose situation it is with preorders cause these people love preorders and keep saying that 'playing it a couple days early' on a singleplayer game with no multiplayer (and we all know that DLC is gonna be 30 minutes long, max.)' but if the game is horrible game companies still got their money and if it is good then those people will still get those games with little to no verification that they would be getting their monies worth.
