She's supposed to take her helmet off at the end of the game, revealing her gender. Then again, it's 8-bit pixels, so it's probably hard to tell anyway. I remember playing another relatively obscure NES game called Faria where I wasn't aware that the main character is female until it's specifically stated right after the first dungeon. I guess that's what you can expect from an 8x8 pixel sprite.
I know that. The instruction manual refers to her as a "he" the entire time, leading people who didn't complete the game quickly or complete it at all to think she's a guy.

That was probably common knowledge, but whatever.

That's just... I don't really know what to think of that, actually.

I just beat MGS: Peace Walker for the first time. Maximum feels mode engaged.

Also, the cool part is that I ran out of ammo while Peace Walker had a little bit of health left, and I was too lazy to call yet another support marker, so I ended up waiting for it to come close and blasted the pod with my handgun.

Sadly, the only title I got during my playthrough was Bear, but that's mostly because I almost never use guns in MGS unless there's combat, and even then I tend to favor CQC. Then again, all the titles are secret, so it's not really my fault. :P

EDIT: Also, that last fight with the hind chopper while Heaven's Divide played was awesome.

My fat cat found his baby soother under the couch. Now he's carrying it around and sucking on it like a baby. He stole it from a toddler years ago.

...This is amazing. The mental image of a big, slobbery cat snatching the pacifier off some screaming toddler is quite amusing.
Thanks for that! :))

Anyway, current happy: been experimenting with the chai powder I found in the kitchen, trying to work out how much milk to use. Still haven't quite got the right amount of milk and hot water, but it tastes nice anyway.

Oh.

That makes more sense than a bunch of random stuff and a dog in retaliation.
This reminds me of that one time Descan (I think it was Descan anyway) mistook <3 to be something that's quite far from a heart.
