You're in South Korea, iirc, which falls under "outside the continental United States" so, assuming that you actually are in South Korea and I'm not making some rude mistake or something, your scores should be available to check on July 9, 2014 at 8:00 in the morning. If it is the same AP test, the availability of results is probably predicated on where you took the test, rather than on where you try to access the test. I.E. you'd be able to see them if you took it in Texas, even looking at it from a South Korean network connection. :v
