That is a happy, and the pain is such that I can relate to it. Hopefully we can both get fixed soon, broseph.

I certainly hope so. Today made it so that I now have two doctors that don't know what's wrong with my back. I was ordered enough X-Rays last week that the Radiologist even made a comment that that was a lot of X-Rays they wanted.

Not to make assumptions, but my roommate had a similar issue- what with the massive amounts of back pain and doctors baffled.
After much poking and prodding, the conclusion was that for people of a certain weight class who have jobs which involve a lot of standing, it can put some massive pressure on their lumbar nervous system, which ultimately ends up throwing a tantrum after a few months.
Again, not sure if it relates to you, but that's the answer we got. I think he's fine now, though.

What weight class would that be? I happen to be a rather lanky fellow at 167 pounds, but it would be nice to know more if it can help me.

No, we lost everything, and the board isn't all that useful for training policy debate. Policy debate is all about speed reading evidence and arguments. Mind you, I was also forced into JV debate rather than Novice, due to the only other person on the active team being our captain, a Varsity who can no longer enter Novice debates. There was the potential that we could have entered Open, but she was fairly adamant that was a bad idea, which I agree with having watched them. Open is insanity.

On the bright side, we did come close to victory a couple of times (in fact, our narrowest loss was against the team that went on to win the JV tournament), I've gotten a lot more experience, and my partner says that I did well for a novice going up against JV in my first tournament.

But mostly I'm happy because I'm back at my dorm and not in Atlanta. The hotel beds were soft, but there wasn't much else to do with the debates taking up all of the weekend.

I just found out about Nemesis 90 kai a few minutes ago. An enhanced port of one of my favorite Gradius games?! Really?!
