Things that make me happy: Pills.

SSRI's are the shiznit, I tell you.
Huh, why are you taking SSRIs?
Because of chronic depression.

be very cautious

SSRIs are great help for all kinds of disorders, but they can screw you up over time!

I'm using rMAOIs and it's had a marked effect on my mood - i feel much happier all the time :P

Huh, the two I tried either did nothing or helped just a bit, but gave me horrible side effects, essentially leaving me unable to study for a whoole semester.
Things that keep me happy: Mood stabilizers. Lithium for the win!

Yeah, no. These things are more subjective than not.
I find it amusing that the implications can easily be measured by material value however.
Grats Miauw!...I don't think there's a lot of difference there but grats all the same on the happy. New friend? :))

Obligatory passed a final post.  One more class to go.
Digital electronics: 95% on final, 88% for final grade.
Analog Electronics: 75% on final, 81% for final grade.

I still have advanced electronics, and I need either a 67% on the final to pass or a 71%. She still has 2 quizzes showing up on the gradebook as 0s that the class never took, that she appears to have forgotten to remove.  I need a 71 if she forgets to remove them and they stay as 0s, and a 67 if she remembers.

Still happy though, advanced electronics final isn't til Thursday night so woooo celebrate!

I got finals going all week. Some of the times I have to go and run off to college to take them are stupid.

But I got 95% on my term project for Human Resources, so I got that going for me. Even though I accidentally contradicted myself in a sentence. My partners made many more mistakes than me, and the teacher wrote "I don't even know what you're saying" next to about a dozen different sentences throughout the project.

Thankfully, my only mistake was the contradiction, I didn't accidentally all my sentences like my partners did.

Just put in a pre-interview for a job that will give me a real future, instead of dead-end crap. I really, really, really hope I get this job.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I have to question the idea that there is a real future in banking. They're...not exactly paragons of stability.

I can't turn down a base of $35k+commission+bonuses+benefits+etc, when I'm set to make >$9k this year. Aside from that, this particular institution has stayed out of the news, and is mostly centered around investing.
