Depends. How often will you be using it, and will you be able to charge it often? IIRC, the regular 3DS is a bit cheaper, but the XL has a lot longer battery life.

Well, if it does have a longer use time I'll go for the XL. I don't need reading glasses or anything like that but having a nice big screen might be nice.

Sometimes I'm reminded why I really like certain game developers. Went to the options menu in Worms to turn off the music, and there was an animated worm dancing to a huge stereo. When I turned the music off he stopped dancing and just glared at me.

Made me smile.

Xl can squeeze about another 1.5 hours of battery life over the 3ds, but considering i like stuff that fits in my pocket and i can switch out for a bigger battery its no worries for me

My offline friend visited me today for the first time in a month. He bought me energy drinks and pizza and also gave me $35 USD so I could get some groceries. I then showed him Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption, which he said "looks sweet", which means I might be able to get someone into a LAN game of that eventually.

Also I'm really loving the fact that I "found" some music by Darling Violetta. This "finding" should lead me into a situation where I may end up purchasing their next CD if at all possible. I like fantasizing about future purchases for some reason.

In other news, 3DS get! Another paycheck and I will be able to start picking up games.
