Frequent perusers of the WTF thread may recall that I was having conflicting thoughts and feelings about one particular ladyfriend a while back. Things got better!

Anyways, I just had dinner with the girlfriend and her mother, and it went really well. I left a positive first impression with her mom, got to eat non-campus food, and went home with two coconut-topped chocolate white-chocolate-truffled cupcakes. Today is a good day.

Horray!

Had a fun if weird day that involved visiting two different malls, supposedly the two malls nearest us had a poor selection of stuff, so we went to a mall far away that was supposedly great, but turned out to be a little bit of a letdown. After waiting around while my friends browsed various fashion stores, we played air hockey, and then headed back to another mall where we looked at what movies were showing in the theatre, decided none of them looked worth watching, then ate food at the food court, and visited the local Gamestop (we were looking for DS games for a friend). I picked up Brütal Legend, and then we came back to my place to play it for a while... It was a fun, if extremely loud day.

IRC chat with good people. With my current rate of self-esteem, it is uplifting to see how accepting people are with general problems and occurrences. Bay12 is awesome!

If we weren't accepting of you, why would you be accepting of us? D: We love you because you love us.
