Have we done any studies on whether or not HIV/AIDS is heat tolerant? I mean, cooked thoroughly, you can kill a lot of bacteria, viruses and other things you really, really don't want in your body. (See: Trichinosis, Salmonella, Tapeworms.)

Probably not, just because there's not a lot of practical applications there. I'm pretty sure somebody has already proposed the "Let's cure AIDS by burning them all" solution, although with different reasons in mind.

Basically everything. No, I'm serious. If you read the label on OdoBan you'll realize it's some scary shit. BUT everything you kill with it will smell fantastic.

All the information I get from looking it up says that HIV does not survive for very long outside the human body, which I assume means it needs to keep a basic standard of heat. So maybe if you let the body get cold for a while...

Wouldn't most humans taste terrible because of the amount of meat we consume?  The nutrients would be completely wasted as well, so perhaps if you only ate vegetarian humans to get the most nutrients per meal.

Human flesh is actually supposed to be toxic because of all the preservatives and junk that we eat that builds up inside of us. You know, like whales.
