Nah, only a little one.  Just finished the first events at Lizard Rock/Odessa Beach.  Sure, we could race... :3  I won't be able to start until Friday, anyway.

Successfully installed a medical CBM in Cataclysm, giving me nanobot repair capability; this in addition to my retractable adamantium claws bionic. Wolverine vs Zombies. Hell yes.

The wife and I seriously considered it. Instead, we had our DJ friend do 10-seconds of the March, followed by a record scratch, and then the Bridal Chorus. So. Many. Confused. People. ^_^
My friend's friend's sister actually did it. The groom donated to some society or something and some of them came dressed up as Stormtroopers.

Might have been the 501st Regiment. Pretty large group of Star Wars cosplayers and the like.

I made an attempt at deep-frying for the first time since I scorched my kitchen ceiling, and only started one tiny fire!

I decided to try out a box of Falafel mix I've had for some time, and rather than stay little fried patties, the mix disintegrated and fried itself into one thousand tiny, greasy nubbins of seasoning and ground chickpeas. The end result was something like ground meat, swimming in a sea of vegetable oil. It was pretty terrible.

Hungry, and determined to make something of it, I strained the resulting Fail-Awful to remove the oil, pressed it into a pseudopatty, and ate it as a sandwich with a mild cheese and a slightly vinegary sauce. Despite having steeped in two inches of oil, it was pretty decent, and I think I recovered any calories I burned at work today. It certainly could have gone better, but I was pleased that I was able to turn it around!

For this, if it was on an imageboard like 4chan, my response would be effectively translated as "Do it bunch of wood". Here, I can just do it by DOOOOOOOOEEEIT!!!!!

Hell.  Yes.  Hell fucking yes.

To be clear, I already knew about the website.  But this is... audacious.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

My friend who works at Barnes and Noble hinted strongly at buying me a new Nook Simple Touch as a late present(s). They apparently get a good discount.

I may actually finally tackle my reading list when I'm able to put all my e-pub and 16 gb of books into my pocket.

I will confirm the discount at B&N. I used to work for GameStop (same company, oddly enough) and I got a MASSIVE discount on everything in that place.

I'm the god of gulls, no kidding.

They're offering me the remains of a particularly large fish. Maybe I should bless it for them?
