Anniversary of getting dumped.  Now it's just ten days until I "drop out of school."

And what am I doing on this day?  Well, first of all, I only just noticed.  Second of all, I got myself a smoothie and some Brazilian food, read Kurt Vonnegut short stories on the bus, and after writing a little I'm going to go do my math homework.  After that, rhetoric readings, and maybe a little work on my Notre-Dame de Paris analytical project, or Japanese <3

I've come such a long way, in such a short period of time.

Just got laid off. Which...I'm ok with. It's got a great severance package and I was thinking about moving on anyway. So this is sort of the perfect push to go do something somewhere else and get some work done on my personal projects.

Still a surprise, though.

Just got back from my dad's today. It was nice. Stopped by Sea World Aquatica yesterday. I'm surprised yesterday had pretty decent weather, despite the hellish conditions this week (especially this morning). Feels nice to be home. Weather is still gloomy, but at least I'm off the road.

Brought some pizzas home from work, the making of which helped bring a little peace around here. And as I was leaving work, they had the kids' club going on, and I heard them doing their hardest to disprove the Christian religion, bless them.
