GamerNight. I don't know either about the Assface, however, I haven't asked about it, because it's something which currently seems to have the forum on edge. It would probably be Tactful to hold your silence, or possibly even PM someone about the whole affair, so that they can give you the gossipy rundown in private, rather than causing more grief to this thread.

This here is solid advice. It may not seem it to you, but every time you do exactly what Tack described, you're not being hilarious. You're being annoying.

I was amused by this tangential rant I made on a friend's Facebook Chinese New Year post.

 

The origin of Chinese New Year is widely debated. It actually came about when ancient Chinese scientists used the power of Kung Fu to detach the Middle Land from the rest of the Earth. This was in an attempt to out-Eastern the land of Riben, (i.e. Japan), whose name literally means 'Sun Origin'. However, things went horribly wrong as the power requirements were greatly overestimated by philosopher Hen Tai, resulting in too much Kung Fu and knocking China into orbit for a good month, before it came to rest with a great crash and absolutely ruined the day of the opportunistic Birangean folk, who had entirely abandoned their original home in favour of mining the crater left by the floating nation.

Oh, and before anyone asks; you too can harness the power of Kung Fu by building a hamster wheel out of Mongols.
