As much as I love the default tilescheme, I have to admit that is damn creepy.

Also, I survived an incredible fight by the skin of my teeth.  I was killing time in my hideout, trying to kill a spider through a hole in the roof, when, of course, sssssSSSSS...  The explosion destroyed the roof and threw me straight out of the cave.  I was getting gangraped by two spiders but somehow bounced my way into a little hole in a tree.  I managed to furiously defend myself by swordpoint against both spiders with half a heart left, choke down some pork, and run back into the cave.  Fuck yeah.

I've got tickets and a movie group for Harry Potter on next Friday morning, and when my history teacher found out, he was a big enough/cool enough nerd guy to give me a dress code pass along with a wizard hat and fake beard. Next Friday night is also the start of a four day lock in/retreat thing I'm going on.

One of my dwarves was beaten by the guard because of "disorderly conduct". The justice system says the injuried party was a dog.

Wait, what?

Hehe.

Skeleton playing in a lake off from my house. I guess I should be glad he's not coming over here and shotgunning me.

I found another Paradox LP! Granted, this one's only Victoria, but it's still pretty good.

Managed to cut my 60-page outline down to 3 or 4 pages, without messing with font, spacing, or margins.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

They have like a whole section for these at the forums.
