I ended up on a long winded rant about RPGs for some reason. Typing that all out made me happy. I should do that more.

Yeah, Dasleah is great. Also, I was really impressed by how well all the different counter-trolls came in together and worked with such harmony. That thread is simply a wonderous thing to behold. Once it's dead, due to whatever reason or another, we should someone archive it for the whole internet to see.

In other news: I am playing my first Rogue Trader/Dark Heresy game today, which is my first time playing this specific Pen and Paper ever and my first P&P since I got to college.

I am excite.

Finally got around to learning how to play that indie 4x Aurora. The sheer insanity of launching a 70 ton chunk of purified, likely hard-as-titanium minerals at .02c (I've seen velocities from it as high as 7000 km/s, or about .023c) with a mass driver from Mars to Earth is just absolutely hilalrious to imagine. "OH SHI WE MISSED THE RECIEVER!" *Earth gets hit with a 70 ton titanium ball with 10 times the energy of the Tsar Bomba*
