The single-window mode of GIMP 2.8.x made me happy today. I have no idea what they were thinking when they made GIMP have all those floating docks.

One of the few times finding an aquifer has been happy.
'now where will we find the soil to breach it...?'
Yet more solutions brought to you by Dwarf Fortress.
since when did dwarf fortress NOT bring solutions?

oh yeah, when babies were dumped in pits with dogs...
More. Solutions.

This could be a great thing for Africa, or not. The presence of a valuable resource could attract water tycoons to buy up and process the land to extract the water for selling, which would enrich the area's people, however much I don't know. Though with no powerful government to control them, it could become another terrifying industry exploiting peoples that can't help themselves.

My soon-to-be-boss apparently has a nice record of articles concerning allo-HSC transplantation,  and has a reputation in the UK (so he's a potential ref. For the future). Oh boy this is promising :-)

I found out how easy it was to get mods for skyrim.

I just downloaded over a hundred just to see how much it changes the gameplay. If these all actually work together some how...

Tell me if you find any good crafting ones. The normal crafting system is pretty much what killed my interest after getting about halfway through the game.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Specifically it was how alchemy and enchanting boosted skill. So if I wanted to smith the best armor, I'd have to be a master of all three of those.

Might need some context, since all I see is someone wearing too much lipstick.

Happies from me. Well optimism, I guess.

Friend of mine wants to set up an honest to god indie game design company. I've known him (and the others he's bringing in) for nearly a decade now, and we're talented enough to do it. We'll see if it goes anywhere, but if it does...

I'm in a musical and we need to be seen on stage or something.

Ah yeah, I remember hearing something like that. Stage performers wear a lot of lipstick so their mouths are seen. Makes sense, then!

Found exactly the case I needed to cite. I sometimes wonder if I'm better drunk.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Currently? Yes. The logic still fits though.
