Eh, under "skills" I put down Conflict Management.  I figure that dealing with the Progressive Rage Thread for a year is reasonable evidence for being able to deal with folks from different backgrounds and ideologies.

That is an interesting idea for a resume item.  I was moderator of a chatroom for about a year that regularly had 100+ people in it, and did pretty well... when I was 13    I wonder if that would count for anything.

Hehe, I used Bay 12 for my senior presentation. I calculated out my time on the modding forums to be 977 hours. I then decided that that is a bit much and truncated it to 60 hours, 1.5x the required time.
