Head off to where the footprints lead.

You run out of the bathroom, leaving the little red box behind. Taking the fastest way out, you go through the hole in the wall and head into the jungle.
You keep running, and soon lose sight of the little house. You follow the footprints to a river, where they end. The river looks oddly deep.
The jungle is incredibly dense and the trees block off almost all light. If the footprints weren't there, you couldn't find your way back to the beach anymore.

Go back and open the red box, cautious for traps

You follow the footprints back to the house and enter the bathroom. You were half-expecting the body to have moved while you were gone, but it's still where you left it.
You take the box and open it. Inside is a note.

The note says ' Look up.'
You look up. There is nothing there. Okay... that was...random. You look around you, but see nothing.
You take the red box and make sure there's nothing else there. And you realize the radio is gone.
After wasting five minutes frantically searching for the radio, you decide it has been moved.
Which means the person - or being who did it still nearby.

"I, as you may know, am lost on this god forsaken island, show yourself, or in the name of satan and god, I will call down the wrath of the Antichrist and Jesus Christ upon you."

You say it. Nothing happens for awhile, then a voice says ' I... I don't think you'd like to see me.'
The voice sounds young and female, but you can't be sure.

"I seen much worse, the undead, the burning, the dismembered, the mutated, hell, I seen a murdered hobo that looks like an unrecognizable mass, you can't look that bad."

' O...okay. I'm coming in now.'
A young girl enters the bathroom, holding a book to cover her face. You determine she's about fourteen or fifteen.
' I'm s..sorry I stole your r..radio.'

[Phantom]

"Its not really mine, though that corpse freaks me out."

[Digital Hellhound]

' I'm s...sorry.'
The girl breaks down, falling to the floor and sobbing. You hear something like ' I didn't mean to... it was an accident.'

[Phantom]

"Well, as long as he was evil or neutral im fine, where are your parents?"

'Up... up on the mountain. In the Glass City. W..why? Will you find them for me?'

"Sure, just burn that corpse please, did the person have anything?"
