It's not a unified government for no reason you know. It's kinda like how Texas has to get certain laws approved by the federal government before they can be enacted.

While I'm a eurosceptic, I can see why laws have to be approved by the EU because if they weren't, there would be no point in the EU because with countries having different laws concerning policing or trade then the EU would essentially just be a banner.

In Mexico Marijuana, cocaine, and something else is legal only if you carry small amounts, in here at the USA Marijuana is now used for medical purposes.

Ok maybe I didn't make myself clear enough, it's not the EU having to approve them it's that the EU have to approve them to make them law. In my opinion it should go
1.Becomes law.
2.Looked over by EU.
3.Never was a law or is continues to be a law.

Maybe that seem counter logical when I write it down but it just feels better to me that way that it becomes a law as soon as possible.

Non-addictive morphine that is ingested rather than injected or smoked.  Despite what people think, it actually suppresses your appetite.  The  munchies are normally coincidence, a psychological reaction due to hearing about the munchies, or you've just been hungry longer than normal because the lucas hides and you've only noticed now the joint has worn off.

Edit:  I know all this from having 3 classes in one semester talk about drugs.
