There's bonus to rolls in here? Has it been defined? Or is it "oh, it seems that building a mud house would be pretty simple with a shovel, a crane, and a crew of 50. I'll give you a bonus of 2 on that house"?

Not that I know of, I just figured that with a bit of preparation I could get a bonus, but if not then that is fine too...
