I build a Solar-powered Satellite capable of propelling itself and docking with asteroids and harvesting additional mass for propulsion. I want it to have a long range energy weapon, probably a laser, that builds up a charge over time for a low rate of fire but long range and respectable damage. I want it to have a sophisticated computer, a sensory system that can detect and identify asteroids, vehicles(based on visibility, obscuring of background scenery and radiated heat), and weapons fire, and a communication system that won't accept commands from anyone but me. I also want a rocket with which to launch it.
How much of this can I get out of one turn?

It is capable of holding 200 fighters or 400 heavy drones
30 Torpedo tubes Mounted all over the hull But you cant see them well
Repair drones
The newest tracking scanner
 4 x warp Engines and 4 x normal Fusion engines
Very thick armor making it slow
Research lab inside
Escape pods
Communication system
Life support
short range scanners
Long Range scanners
Basicly anything a command ship needs and to support life in there

 This wont be ready in a turn Im expecting this to be ready in 3 or 4 turns if it wil succeed otherwise maybe 6
