As well as this video.
Why did you link me to that. Now I can't stop watching it.
Have another.
These are amazing. Highlight of my day.
This is the second best thing of my day. :P

Also, to actually contribute, I feel like introducing a modus and explaining in that in depth means it has to have at least one significant use before it gets abstracted away.

I've forgotten what it's like to have updates that don't answer questions... it's new and interesting all over again!

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

I wish Hussie could keep updating this fast for the rest of the comic.

Since Dad is Dad, that means Mom's mom is Mom, Bro's bro is Bro, and Jake's Dog and Gramps is still Becquerel and Grandpa.

Of course, that doesn't mean that Becquerel is still Bec; he could be LE for all we know, or a Doc Scratch type Becquerel.

With all that being said, it's either the kids infiltrate their Incisisphere, act as their exiles when they do stuff, or not appear at all until something catastrophically wrong happens.

Disclaimer: This is just speculation.

But Jane was Nanna. John would be her grandfather.

But remember, the world would've been reset as what it was before, until the game glitched and sent the baby guardians instead.

Not necessarily. Doc Scratch was a change in the Trolls' history, and didn't exist prior to their scratch. He was acting on them from the day their civilization began. Possibly changes are all still limited to what gets sent back through the portals, but it's entirely possible that history was changed far earlier (and Bec may well be something else, if he even exists).

At any rate, yeah, Dad being Dad proves nothing. Silhouettes suggest that Mom and Bro are indeed kids this time around, too.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.
