Which means that in post-scratch human-verse, Dave is destined to serve Lord English, I assume.

Bro, not Dave.

EDIT: Oh wait, Bro would be one of the players. It would be Dave.

In post-scratch Universe, Dave is Guardian, Bro is player.

So it would be Dave.

Edit: No fair fixing it with an edit. :P

Unless.... Unless this IS already post-scratch, and they are going for the mysterious DOUBLE-SCRATCH-REACHAROUND.

Which means Bro is already a servant of English, and Jade's grandson is Grandpa from the previous pre-scratch session.

I'm also pretty sure that Jade's penpal is her post scratch granddad.

If doc scratch comes back to the human's session post scratch, I will shit brix.

Unless.... Unless this IS already post-scratch, and they are going for the mysterious DOUBLE-SCRATCH-REACHAROUND.

So, I'm still a little confused.  I take it the "Aradia" we've been watching this whole time is actually Aradia's ancestor as a little girl, still being prepared for basically being a slightly more magical Kratos, who's job was to travel through time fucking shit up to make sure Alternia was a bad place to be.  I don't like that idea, because I'm getting sick of all these bait-and-switch games, but at least it makes sense I guess.  I'm starting to think that "preparation" basically amounted to making her so mad that she just wants to fuck stuff up for all time now.

And I wonder what Hussie's gonna do when he walks over to that side of the room.

I'm gonna be right there with him if this crap doesn't come to a head soon.  Get back to showing us a story instead of telling it, and give me some characters to invest in again.

Yeah, I'm getting a bit impatient, myself.

Not that many jokes going around.

Well, we've covered just about everything Ancestor-wise at this point. I imagine it can't take that much longer to finish this bit...

Same here.

I enjoy the information but I wish things would get a move on.

I have to say that right now, I'm looking to Problem Sleuth as the better of his two mega-works.

Oh, well =/  The last time I was really having fun was with the mini-game things right before the disc swap, so maybe that'll come back again someday.

Now that the speedy rate of updates has returned, I think that maybe, just maybe we'll be powering our way to the end of the act very quickly.

Okay, hands up who didn't see that coming.

Nobody? Yeah, thought so.

For Duke:
"MY BEAUTIFUL PANELS WHAT HAS HE DONE. That son of a bitch. It's is going to take so many sweeps to clean this mess up. So very, very many sweeps.
God dammit, he's got a bowl full of these things?? He's pulling his snooty horseshit candy bowl stunts to mock my little arrows now. Excellent host my ass.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Personally I actually think the self-insertion is a benefit to the story right now. With Doc Scratch being serious and genuinely malevolent as opposed to a creepy uncle with a cue ball for a head, we need some comic relief. Hussie's antics are providing that. However, I do think this might be his longest interaction with the comic yet.

However however, the part with the wolf was the most I'd laughed at anything in a good week.

This being Homestuck, I'm not sure whether that's post-scratch Rose or Vriska with a wig.

I can't wait until Rufio pops in and becomes the new main character.

I am loving the current trend of self-insertion. It's hilarious.

Also, Nepetancestor... ;-;
