Remember when Hussie (in the form of Doc Scratch) strung us along for half a year thinking the Scratch / the Rift / and/or the Reckoning were all the same thing, before a long round of exposition?  Yeah, welcome to Homestuck, with an entire plot built on reusing concepts and wordplay in slightly altered ways.  The Tumor is a bomb in Skaia now off doing its bomb thing, whatever "cancer" Karkat was talking about is a new idea.

I'm sure he's wrong about the "doomed timeline" idea; Aradia would certainly know, as a god of time outside of time, and she's acting like whatever we're watching here is the right one.  I liked that little bit of sorrow about her role in the game - a thousand different lifetimes down the drain just to fix the game's mistakes (not including powergaming the Denizens though...), which all turned out to be necessary in endgame.  She really doesn't get enough attention.

They aren't the same thing, but they probably are related. Bilious' cancer most likely caused The Tumor to develop in the kids' Skaia, like how in real life cancer can cause tumors to form.

...Eridan's leg looks stupid with the stripes just stopping like that. It'd be okay if they were outlines, but they're coloring, sorta.

 Turns out the whole universe was fucked up and the doctor references for John are finally coming in. Possibilities of multiple tumors in the universe now. Also additional dualism between John and Karkat, where Karkat made the plague\virus\cancer and John must be the plague doctor to cure it.

 I do wonder what the Scratch looks like on the trolls side, what happens with the frog. Perhaps a big flashy flash of the frog turning into a tadpole with a single galaxy inside of it.

 Also Jacks Red Miles wrecking the universe. Only a few-hundred years after the end of the world. I actually sorta dig this update for the symbolism reenforcing and tying things together for a major end of act flash.

Now we know what WV's ring is for.  Jack just might have found a way into the "real" world, and crazy shit is about to go down.

I'm a little disappointed in Karkat for running off in a panic, leaving behind his bestest blind buddy, just because he heard Freddy Kruger coming.  Sure, it's always refreshingly human (as it were) to see these thirteen year olds acting their age, but that's just terrible.  At least he feels bad about it though.

So yeah, new bets for a date on the end of act flash?  Since this would appear to be the end or nearly the end of the scrapbook.
