Not really. Well, the wording implies that Vriska's powers work based on what she wants. The coin landed scratch side up, which means she "goes", which Scratch said is the result she wants. She probably thinks "go" means go and fight Jack, which is what she wants to do. "Go" probably means something else, like Terezi killing her. But the point is, the result of the flip was up to random chance, and Vriska's power caused it to turn out like she wanted.

Actually, luck has nothing to do with what you want. If you want something, but it will have bad consequences, then it still is unlucky.

Maybe that's what makes sense normally, but in this case it seems that the "lucky" outcome is whatever Vriska wants it to be.

Whether this is actually the outcome she'd want if she knew the consequences in advance remains to be seen.
