'Kay so I was in the shower today and I realized something. The Midnight Crew are all exiled from the Troll's session. So IF Bec Noir really is Lord English(which could simply be Bec Noir + Sgrub Ring), that could still explain why Spades Slick would want him dead. He wants the powers for himself. Also, 4 points on the Sburb ring, and 12 on the Sgrub ring, that's a total of 16. 1 cue ball + 15 others.

Anyway, I don't particularly subscribe to the theory that Bec Noir becomes Lord english. I think it's STILL someone we've never met. Or it's some crazy version of Granpda. We've never seen past his glasses, and he's tall enough to fit the coat, I think? Maybe not.

I propose that the scratch that summons Bec Noir into the trolls' session is created by Bec Noir, and the kids/trolls' plan is to (somehow) bring him to post-session Earth, where he will be killed by (choose one: AR/WV/PM/WQ) wearing the other ring. I nominate PM as the new SS: Slayer Sepulchritudic Slayer.

Both PM and AR have shown to be combat-skilled, and WQ has already owned the ring before. I would have to bet on WV if that theory were to come true.

Poor Bro. At least he fell against a worthy foe.

Also, I want to see Lord English and Jack fight. Speaking of those two, Jack and English aren't the same thing. They're both indestructible demons, but Hussie himself has said that they're different. English might not even be in the trolls' session, considering the Felt are on Alternia rather than in Sburb. Of course, I don't doubt English could get into any Sburb session he wants, considering it would be as easy as time travelling to right before someone enters the Medium and hiding under their couch.

Yeah, but I think everything he said besides that line points to LE and Jack definitely being different. Formal stuff is boring, I usually ignore it.

I reread his formspring. He's very careful about not answering the question definitively. The formal answer is "The formal answer is 'inconclusive'".

it would be as easy as time travelling to right before someone enters the Medium and hiding under their couch.
Now I have this mental image of Lord English squeezing under John's couch right before he get's into the medium.

Or hiding in Daves closet. BOOGEYMAN!

If you read the formspring answers very carefully, you will notice that Andrew outright states that he is deliberately misleading his audience, to make sure that everyone doesn't see his surprise twists coming from a mile away. Therefore, while most things Andrew says are probably technically true, it would be very silly to trust him. :P

Yeah, he very strongly implied that SS isn't LE. He also carefully avoided outright stating it. I don't think we'll be able to call on Andrew to tell us which theory is correct, until it is revealed in the story proper.

Dave or John or someone has to bring him back, somehow.
Otherwise this is just cruel to the viewers.
