There's no maintenance at all. Using coat hangers on them can kill them. That's about it.

Nope. I think they can catch STD's, and I know they can get pregnant but that tends to go away after a day or two in a miscarriage, then you just have to get rid of the dead baby (there's a dumpster somewhere, I just leave em for the zombies). They can be killed by other players, but that's about it.

In my experience, it took me 3 boxes to find a live one. Mine is a young sex slave who has disturbing fetishes, but judging by some of the stories that's about as good as it gets. Be forewarned, all the zombies I saw were hostile, so be prepared. If your weapon skill is moderately high you can kill them solo regardless of gear, zombies attack so slow you can stunlock them with powerattacks if you don't miss (though gun and rifle users may be sol on this). Alternatively, zombies wander so open your door, open the crate, and if a zombie pops out leave quickly. The zombie will eventually path 'out', then step back into your apartment and close the door. Apartment security will come by soon to take care of it. Or you could develop your zombie fetish...
