Many, many thanks for that. The halved enchanting costs actually makes items that are Too Awesome to Use into stuff you can actually use without minding about the item's durability, etc.

Having a separate topic for them would be nice if you ask me. That way, I wouldn't have to figure out what Blutricity does and what exactly a philosopher's stone in EE is, as well as knowing which is coming in an update and which object is a mod.

It's been suggested many times. Unfortunately it seems that the majority of people here consider mods to be vanilla, while playing actual vanilla is considered weird.

   I think the biggest problem is that everyone started using this thread when playing vanilla and then at about the same time people started using mods and because of the people Bay12 attracts it was generally the same mods that everyone else was using so a post here would be answered and because you could easily get your answers in this thread no one ever needed to go create a specific thread for specific mods or what have you.

It's fairly simple to build a rig and dunk it rather than having to deal with water, flows, drowning and reduced mining speed. I would use water gens a lot more if water wasn't such a pain to work with for maximum coverage on a large scale. And no, I won't accept just dumping a bucket on top of the thing. That leaves like, five or six potential blocks empty.

Infinite water pool, one bucket is all you need and it doesn't take long at all to completely surround all the blocks leaving no space behind.  You simply place a mill on the ground, dig out around it, fill water, place wire.  Done.  No air ship crap.

We've had this discussion before. If you're content with your simple lego blocks that's fine, but don't be mad because I prefer playing with the legos with fully functional magic, machines, robots and computers.
