Modify the config file for max size nukes.

It just makes a 5^2 chunk circle to bedrock.

And 9 nukes might have been overkill for a tiny village.

Yeah, max-size nukes look a little like that. The walls are vertical though.

In that case I would have to wait till the day.

As far as bases go, I was actually gonna build a tall tower that is partially in an underground cavern in my actual(as opposed to testing) world. It appears there are simpler methods for digging than using hordes of quarries.

 Even somebody good with Java would have to spend a week studying the code and know how to plug things in correctly.

 And it all depends on the scope of the project. Adding new mobs that behave the same as old ones isn't too difficult, adding in tile entity shenanigans would be a huge hurdle.

It causes some problems of its own though because it overwrites classes which are used by forge and other mods. It can also cause issues with mods which can't have their block ID's changed.

As I've stated before, as far back as I can remember creepers have seemingly been able to spawn in illuminated areas like houses. They also seem to sometimes just spontaneously explode despite not being in range of a person to explode near. They're annoying green bastards from hell.
