The hell are you talking about Creative is awesome. The only problem is the lack of new blocks.

 We've been waiting for the creative mode to return for ages.

I just feel that if you want to get an idea of what Minecraft's like, creative isn't a good idea.

This won't be a problem when Notch releases the demo that I'm pretty sure I read they're making

You could try the demo released with PC Gamer magazine. You can get it from their site.

As for the piston preview video I can only ask if anyone else noticed the new cobblestone texture? I recreated it from the video but obviously the colours are not exact and I'm not sure which way is up.

I spent ages making a 32x32 variant of the original for my texture pack and I'm kind of disappointed that I'll have to replace it with a new one.
