I suggest the addition of role-playing enchancing 'quirks'

Something like...

'Arsonist' would mean that he'd take delight in starting a fire and refuse to exthinguise any
'Selfish' would means he would not help people out of his consciousness
'Sadist' would means he would take delight in punching/tazering others, and will do so if the situation is prorable
'Nearly deaf' would means he'd be only be able to hear 4 x 4 (only an example) tiles beside him, and sometimes not even the radio
'Nearly blind would means he has hard time seeing things (Like when the lights go out now)
'Pervert' would means some, eh, 'immoral' things in his backpack, which, if caught, can really heat the situation
'Crazy' would means that he'll be, well, crazy. Would be 'like' a syndicate, only does not have the 'items' which is Syndicate's advantages. Also, no objective.

That was all in my mind. Feel free to incorporate this or trash this down to the Mariana Trench.
Also, the 'pervert' one is... well, not good enough, I think...

The syndicate items aren't that worth while. Cloak is too iffy if the AI is still alive, Revolver is noisy and doesn't always work, cyanide pill is also nearly useless, syndicate card and emag cards are both semi useful but give you away easily, the bomb is good if you don't have access to either engineering, toxins, or EVA storage, but again, its a one shot item. The sleepy pen and the voice changer are both great choices, since they are disguised and do things nothing else can do easily.

Edit: Forgot some. Freedom implant is good since it isn't visible and ditching the injector isn't hard, the AI module is worthless since if you get to the foyer, you get the free form module which is better, and the energy sword is ok, but again definitely marks you as a syndicate.

I'm wondering if the shuttle arrival time should be reduced from 10 minutes to 3 or 5.

Almost every server I go to, after a few minutes crowded at the departure dock, everything breaks out into a melee and tons of explosions.  And 10 minutes is more than enough time to get there.

Seems like a very simple fix that would help the endgame go way more smoothly.

(If we had good coders, we could also let anyone with sufficient access that they could speed up shuttle departure, also be able to prolong departure by one minute when the timer is under one minute.)

You should've made the law state that humans could only survive in a 100% CO2 atmosphere.  It's invisible so it'd be a while before they caught on, and by then it might be too late.

How about these two: "Humans may not be allowed to put themselves in danger, punishable by death." and "Alcohol is required to keep humans alive."
