See, it has to simulate that there's an actual shuttle that has to fly there.

So make the shuttle faster.  Most games that go smoothly turn into a bunch of random bloodshed five minutes before the shuttle arrives--not traitor, not even griefing, just boredom.  Get rid of the boredom.

You should've made the law state that humans could only survive in a 100% CO₂ atmosphere.  It's invisible so it'd be a while before they caught on, and by then it might be too late.

How about these two: "Humans may not be allowed to put themselves in danger, punishable by death." and "Alcohol is required to keep humans alive."

N2O instantly knocks down anyone affected by it, whereas CO2 doesn't. Plus, its funnier to release laughing gas over CO2.

Part of the problem with the AI laws is that they are extremely limited in what they can do. A few digital valves, doors, and a couple computer systems is all. You have to get real creative to do get it to do anything.

Yeah, but you can see N20, people would have the problem fixed before it was a real problem, and the AI would turn you in.  If it were CO2 they might not notice until it's too late.  Also, I'm pretty sure you can talk after being knocked down by N20, CO2 causes you to lose consciousness.  It also doesn't show up on the toxins thing.  People would just start dropping in the middle of the hallways and by the time they figure out what's going on, the people who can do something are probably unconscious.

I really, really wish that humans consumed O2 and produced CO2 in the game.  That way, if you locked someone in a small room for a long time and turned off the vents, the air would start to get bad.  Also if atmospherics got turned off, it would be long-term scary.

Just had my first game ever on a goon station. It went something like this:
1. Figure out controls.
2. Find blue tool box.
3. Get questioned by security about having a welder out, ignore them untill they go away
4. Deconstruct a wall to get into the bar area.
5. Too scared to go past security to get out, go into loo and make a hole in the wall to escape out into the corridor.
6. Notice large sum of space cash in chapel. (behind a locked door.)
7. Weld my way into room.
8. Get discovered by security, offer to split the money 50/50.
9. Get a stun baton to the face then crowbarred to death and I think accelerated out into space.
And the security officer did at least rp it out by saying Sorry it's too much and emptying my backpack and welding box of the money I'd pinched.

PheobosLC is being a jerk and abusing his admin powers, I was faking a bomb to boost some roleplay and he called it greifing, and threatened to ban me and teleported me to maze when i was arrested and strapped to bed unable to move. Then banned me.

faking  abomb is not greifing. noone got injured, and it added to the story. we had a licensed phycopath...not much difference in causing chaos
