I want to be able to generate/control electricity. Recharge stuff, use my arm as a railgun to launch quarters at high speeds, generate electromagnetic fields, etc. Also, i could deafen people by causing thunderclaps, or taze the shit out of them. Or be a human defibrillator, whatever.

A good ability we forgot to mention though, is the ability to materialize cows from thin air.

Actually, much of the industrial world is at risk of deflation. That's why so many countries are spending or being encouraged to spend to prop up demand and keep growing their economies and producing a modest level of inflation. The risk comes with the end of reduced demand. If the economy recovers, but the governments of the world keep spending large sums then we have to worry about high inflation. I could also go into why the deflation is bad, particularly for countries with large debt, but that'd distract from superpowers.
Like the ability to comprehend economics, holy hell it's so fucking complicated.
