See, I would be okay with, "This question was asked earlier, but I didn't get a quality answer, so I'm asking again: ..." This shows that a) you've taken the time to see if your question was actually asked, and b) that you actually care if the question gets answered or not.

This works if you just want to have an answer... but obviously, if you're posting here, you probably want to express your view or have a discussion.

I mean, if you want to talk about a videogame, would just searching the internet for discussion about it be a viable substitute?
