This turn might take me a while to get to.  I've got some stuff that needs sorting out, IRL.

Yeah, scratch that.  I have survived the most boring thermo lecture ever, so my plans to work on thermo tonight are cancelled in celebration.

Anywho, turn is done.

Il Palazzo and I have declared a cease fire.  Apparently, some of his troops didn't get the memo.  They ambushed an armored column of mine but, in a stroke of great fortune, the legions commader had the wit to swiftly withdraw without casualties, so we can ignore that affair.  A few final matters are being hammered out before peace will be declared.

Say, house Hawkwood sure has stayed outside of this. I'd like to hear their take on the matter.

Also, did you know that my biggest problem in single player are a lack of one of the following: metal, energy or trace? I don't think I'll be facing them this time. Hehehe.

well, that'd mean you're not bulilding enough engineers.(as there is no such thing)

As for Li Halan, their propaganda is surely doing a good job, as I don't remember any ambushes last year. Just a few fusion bombs from the orbit, maybe one division destroyed. Not really worth mentioning.

Yes, I have stayed outside of this squabble.  I've been concentrating on claiming another planet from rebels and building up a military to do it with (both at the same time mind you).  I'm still available for trades and so forth.

Also, does anyone know how the scoring system works?  Because I notice our Computer Fool friend has been rising at the same prodigious rate as us, and is still way out in the lead on official score.

turn done and sent.

it seems that it adds some sort of weighted values of cities, units and maybe money(what is how valuable exactly is a mystery)
I know from singleplayer, that AI doesn't care about food, as it's units don't starve, so it's probably churning out max of both cities and units. Hence the score.

...What?!  Goddamn cheating AI.  I always thought I was just playing wrong.  No wonder the computer always has loads more cities and units than me.

Just a heads up, from today till Sunday you can't rely on me being very active. Well, I have some windows tomorrow, but none on Saturday.

Ugh, Boksi! Do not let you real-world-life get in a way of the sacred PBEM duties any longer! Hrrrr... I fell an obsessive-compulsive urge to do a turn... it's been four days already. Seriously, you need to stay in more.

I know. But it's sunday now. I'm constantly amazed how some people can consider having a job or social life more important than EOFS.

I believe Boski lives in North America.  You need to appreciate there is a slight time difference between Poland and North America.

This is unsettling. I'm certainly spending too much time thinking about EOFS. This might mean something. Something psychological... like I'm repressing my megalomaniacal ambitions or maybe have a subconcoius desire to dominate people. Order them around and BOMB their cities from the orbit! ...
Erm, maybe I'll just get myself a book or something.

If you're that starved for sadistic satisfaction, try crushing the AI fools in singleplayer.
