Just finished watching Sword Art Online. Now I need to find english version of the light novels and read those, so I don't have to wait for any more of the anime to come out, if it ever does. SAO is rather interesting when you get to think about what is the difference between a person in VR and IRL, and if a darkened morality in VR leads to a change in the person IRL.

So Space Dandy is a thing that happened. The first episode's ending, I don't even. The only way this would be better is if they had Zap Brannigan doing his voice.

Last shows I remember that worked like that was Sealab 2021 and Aeon Flux (while they were short mostly silent episodes). Would be funny if they did that, and made every TPK more over the top than the last episode.

What would make it just as interesting, would be that all the deaths are accounted for, and is somehow applied to the story (maybe that's why he's being chased after?).

It's a bunch of super robots turned into cute girls. It's a parody of a lot of shows, although only the three Z girls have shown up so far. A fair chunk of the comedy comes from the fact that the heroes aren't particularly heroic; they're pretty much bigger dicks than the antagonists. Hell, if the antagonists weren't planning on taking over the world they'd probably be the heroes; they're certainly a lot more sympathetic.

Why can't we lock up all the artists, scriptwriters, and animators inside padlocked cells and threaten to beat them unless they produce two episodes a day? Why do these people have lives outside of animation? The sheer inconvenience!
