Got around to watching the latest episode of F/SN:UBW. Holy crap Unlimited Budget Works strikes again, these are possibly the best special effect and fight scene animation I've seen in a long time.

Just watching UBW for the fight scenes is worth it, because UFOtable.

Whenever I get to the first commercial break on YuruYuri Season 1 Episode 5 on Crunchyroll it crashes my Firefox browser. It's odd. Any attempt to skip to a part later than the first commercial break also crashes the browser. I've had occasional incidents like this on Crunchyroll where specific episodes of anime cause weird playability issues, and so far I've found no solution except watching the episode elsewhere or coming back to Crunchyroll later. Or loading Crunchyroll on Chrome.

Anyone else have issues like this with Crunchyroll, or just me?

I think that an episode or two of Hokuto no Ken didn't work for me, though I just assumed that it was because I was using my tablet instead of an actual computer.  I'll have to double check that(also a good excuse for me to continue re-watching it.)

I'm really getting into Mirai Nikki. At episode 14 now. The tension is really ramping up, then ramping down, and it looks like things are finally turning out alright.

For a second, a second, I was pretty sure Yuno was going to be fine. She wasn't gonna go off the deep end afterall.

Not only was I wrong, but Yuno not only flew off the deep end, the only reason we couldn't see that she did was that it was the Wile E. Coyote of psychological breakdowns, where she goes off and keeps going until she looks down, and then she went STRAIGHT DOWN and splats.

She's almost like an automaton from I-Robot, having to obey strict prime directives, but then badly extrapolating off of those directives in order to break everything.

I love it.

Judging from the very little I know about it Psycho-Pass actually seems to be based on an Isaac Asimov short story called All The Troubles In The World.

Also, based on who wrote it, I feel like I would love the idea and hate the show itself if I did watch it. Maybe one day I will find a Gen Urobuchi story that doesn't make me want to light the carpet on fire.
