Elona allows custom NPCs, which you can download from moongates.

There are other touhou characters in there, and I THINK I've even seen Sankis in one of the older moongates. There's also a character named "Boatmurdered" that you can vote for in the in-game polls.

If you go to Noyel, there is an NPC (in the church), whom you can pay money to increase your karma, so long as your karma is -30 or less (the point where you turn into a criminal).

Do be aware, however, that there ARE guards in Noyel, so try to approach from the east side and quickly slip inside the church before any take notice.

theirs a snow town in the top right that has a church sister who will clean up your karma for a fee. once u pay her leave the town then re-enter so that the guards wont try to kill you. also that city contains the holy well. beds are availiable from general goods and the tax office above palmia.

in derphy i think one of the quest characters died or something. she can sell you nukes. and she may of let one off. i dont know.

Buying an indulgence cost poo-poo loads though, going from -100 to -30 costs 3.2 million gold. And a nuke reduces your karma by 100 if used in a town.

I suggest carrying around an eastern bed. At 1.2s it's lighter than most things you'll find.

also one of THE best skills you can have is weight lifting. if you dont start as a performer or a race with it then you can buy the skill at the farm south of palmia

You mean a sleeping bag? If you sleep in one of those, you lose out on half your sleeping potential boosts. Plus, an eastern bed is much better quality than a sleeping bag, so you'll get better dreams (and fewer nightmares).

I guess it depends on your level(fame?) and/or how much money you have. Cosr me around or less than 100.000

I believe an Eastern Bed is indeed lighter than even a sleeping bag.  It's pretty awesome, go get one.
